These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by MCJ Real Estate Services, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a California licensed real estate brokerage (DRE License #01398946). By engaging our services or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.

All services are provided in accordance with California real estate law and regulations set forth by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE).
MCJ Real Estate Services, Inc. holds California DRE Broker License #01398946. All real estate activities are conducted in compliance with the California Business and Professions Code and all applicable state and federal laws.
A formal agency relationship is established only upon execution of a written representation agreement. Preliminary inquiries and consultations do not create an agency relationship. We act as your fiduciary once a written agreement is in place.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to their real estate transactions. MCJ Real Estate Services, Inc. relies on information provided by clients, multiple listing services (MLS), and other third-party sources. We make no warranties as to the accuracy of third-party information.
Brokerage compensation is disclosed and agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of services. Compensation terms are governed by the applicable representation agreement and comply with all California DRE regulations regarding disclosure of fees.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box, you agree to receive text messages from MCJ Real Estate Services, Inc. related to our real estate services, including property updates, appointment confirmations, and service notices.
Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase. Opting into SMS is entirely voluntary and is not required to receive our real estate brokerage services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MCJ Real Estate Services, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the compensation we received in connection with the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
Real estate markets are subject to factors outside our control. MCJ Real Estate Services, Inc. does not guarantee specific outcomes including, but not limited to, sale price, purchase price, time on market, or transaction success. We commit to providing diligent, professional representation.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with the California Association of REALTORS® mediation procedures, and thereafter to binding arbitration if required under any applicable representation agreement. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
In the course of a real estate transaction, we may refer or recommend third-party service providers (escrow, title, inspectors, lenders, etc.). Such referrals do not constitute endorsements, and we are not responsible for the services or conduct of any third party.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued engagement with our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
